Exclusive Use Wedding Venue
Montague hosts a stunning Sussex wedding venue perfect for your wedding weekend. With exclusive access to a trio of stylishly restored barns and a large grass lawn, couples have the freedom to create the day of their dreams with a stunning backdrop of the Pevensey Levels. The barns include The Palace, Big Barn and The Watering Shed.
Licensed For Ceremonies
The Palace is licensed for wedding ceremonies with seating
for 100 guests and further room for standing.
There is a private room for couples and the registrar.
Private Hire
You have from Thursday to set up with campers able to arrive on Friday to prepare for the big day on Saturday. You are welcome to decorate the venue to your own taste and we are here to help and have plenty of wonderful recommendations. We want you to have a unique experience and to be totally relaxed throughout your wedding.
Indoor and Outdoor Venue
Our stunning array of barns, The Palace, Big Barn and The Watering Shed are exclusively available to you. They are all tied together by a gorgeous wedding lawn. The lawn is perfect for basking in the summer sun, playing croquet, or even seating guests during your ceremony.
No Corkage Venue
We want you to have the most fun and wonderful wedding with no extra worries or hidden costs, therefore we don’t charge a corkage fee.
Parking and Accommodation
There is unlimited parking at our venue. Glamping is available for you to hire for Friday and Saturday through an individual company. The bell tents can be set up on the brow of the hill, looking out to a spectacular view and one of the best sunrise watching spots in Sussex.
